What's the lead time for your products?
Generally, your order will be sent in 1-2 days after we get full payment if goods in stock.
For customized order, it will take 20-30 days to do mass production.
How can you control the quality?
Our company has strictly quality control system, which means we will test all models one by one before shipping.
I wan to customized my own product, can you do that for me?
Yes we support OEM & ODM with your request.
What's the Payment terms for clients?
1. We accept T/T and PayPal or China domestic bank (RMB) is available too, you can choose the best way for yourself
2. For small amount, if all in stock, we will arrange shipment 1-3 days after payment received
3. For large amount, we usually require 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before shipment
4. Make sure that you have completed all the details information, like contact person, address, post code and telephone number
What's Return &warranty policy?
1. Usually 12 months warranty
2. All the goods are inspected before shipment, so you can rest assure about the quality
3. Shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charge for returning and reshipping
